Colby Seymour was born in Grand Cayman in 1994 and has called the Cayman Islands his home for nearly 30 years. After finishing High School, he then moved to London, England where he studied Sports Business Management at London Metropolitan University, spending 3 years doing his undergraduate degree and playing semi-professional football.
After returning home, he quickly became involved with the family heavy equipment company, S&S Heavy Equipment Services. This ultimately sparked a new passion for sustainable development. He quickly became knowledgeable in the practices of preparing and reclaiming land, completing notable projects such as the KAABOO Festival Ground. This newfound knowledge allowed him to broaden his horizons, and ultimately gave him the ability to help individuals get the best use out of their land, regardless of its condition.

His passion and interest in the field of property development continued to expand, which eventually led to his decision to join RE/MAX Cayman Islands, a company renowned for its hands-on-approach with its clients, and for the wealth of knowledge held amongst its agents.
With his wealth of knowledge regarding Cayman, both geographically and culturally, paired with his understanding of sustainably developing land, he is able to make educated choices regarding property investment opportunities, as well as help clients understand the many options available to them.
