Canadian native, Nikki Thomas is a licensed luxury residential sales and rental specialist in the Cayman Islands.
Arriving back to Cayman in 2017 after 11 years, Nikki brings her experience from a fast-paced US industry, along with a fresh and knowledgeable approach to selling new construction here on the island. She earned Sales Awards in 2022, 2021, 2020 at her last brokerage for closed gross commission income totals.
Working with a wide variety of clients, from the first-time homebuyer, experienced developers, to savvy investors, Nikki is a trustworthy agent with a deep knowledge of the property market. Her careful guidance gives buyers/sellers the confidence they need.

Her clients appreciate her honesty and humour as she navigates them through the sometimes-stressful process of buying and selling a home, earning her a Boston’s “Top 40 under 40” nomination and promoted to Senior Vice President of her Boston brokerage.
