Welcome to the Team Pamela Ebanks-Small

As a multi-generational Caymanian, Pamela Ebanks-Small brings not only professional excellence but also a deep-rooted understanding of the Cayman Islands to her real estate practice. With over 15 years of executive leadership experience and a lifelong passion for community empowerment, Pamela combines business acumen with heart-driven service to guide her clients through meaningful property decisions.

Pamela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Florida State University and has over 15 years of executive experience in the private sector. She most recently served as Chief Customer Experience Officer at a leading telecommunications company, where she led residential sales, customer care, and service transformation. Previously, she was Vice President of Commercial and Customer Care, overseeing sales, marketing, and support teams, driving consistent revenue growth and innovation.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Pamela is a passionate community advocate. She is the Director and founder of Girl Power Ltd., a nonprofit launched in 2018 to mentor and empower young women. Under her guidance, the program has supported dozens of young women, including those representing the Cayman Islands on international stages.

Pamela’s public service is extensive. She has served on the Business Staffing Plan Board for Immigration since 2023 and has previously served on the Board of Governors for the University College of the Cayman Islands (2019–2022). She was Chairperson of Leadership Cayman in 2017 and named Volunteer of the Year by the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce in 2018. Earlier roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the Turtle Centre, being named a Top 5 finalist in the Young Caymanian Leadership awards and leading the West Bay Quincentennial Celebration Committee.

Her leadership journey began early, having been crowned Miss Cayman Islands at the age of 19 and representing her country at the Miss World Pageant in South Africa and the Miss Universe Pageant in Mexico City. These international experiences strengthened her confidence, communication skills, and passion for representing Cayman on a global stage.

Today, Pamela brings her full experience — as a business leader, mentor, and proud Caymanian — into her work in real estate. Whether helping a first-time buyer, an investor, or a family find their forever home, Pamela delivers service rooted in trust, deep local insight, and a genuine love for her community.

“We’re delighted to welcome Pamela to the RE/MAX Cayman Islands team,” said James Bovell, Broker/Owner. “With 37 dedicated real estate professionals, RE/MAX Cayman Islands remains the largest real estate company on the island and continues to lead in both sales volume and transactions. Pamela’s expertise will be an excellent addition to our ongoing success.”

“Pamela’s exceptional leadership background, and lifelong dedication to community service make her an incredible addition to our team,” added Kim Lund, Broker/Owner. “Her unique combination of business expertise, compassion, and commitment to excellence will make a lasting impact at RE/MAX Cayman Islands.”
