Lavern is a native of Jamaica who has been living on the island of Grand Cayman since 1991. She is a graduate of The University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI) where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
Having a strong passion for real estate from her late 20s, Lavern always believed that she would become a real estate Sales Associate. Although it was very challenging working full time, going to school and having a family to take care of she stayed focused on achieving her dreams.

Coupled with her warm friendly approach, Lavern has over ten years’ experience in finance and sales in addition to her many years of experience as an entrepreneur, Bank Supervisor, Sales Agent and Human Resources Assistant.
