James Bovell has been a part of the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands since 1991. He joined RE/MAX in 1994. Born in the Caribbean and raised in both the United Kingdom and the Cayman Islands, James has a great understanding of the intricacies of the Islands’ real estate industry. Unlike many others, this was not a profession he simply fell into but one that he always aspired to be a part of. Since the beginning, James has been providing his clients with peace of mind by ensuring a personal, private and professional service. James has achieved great success in listing and selling many of Cayman’s choice homes, estates, condominiums, beachfront properties, land parcels and investment opportunities. In November 1998 James became Broker / Owner of RE/MAX Cayman Islands. He has received many of RE/MAX’s awards including the prestigious “Hall of Fame” in 1999 and he has been a member of the “Platinum Club” since 1996. In 2000, James received one of his best awards to date, Top RE/MAX Broker / Owner in the Caribbean.

Biography

James is President of the board of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Broker’s Association (CIREBA), a professional body that provides self-regulation and guide lines for the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands. CIREBA members can also take advantage of the multiple listings service that operates in the islands. Choosing the right real estate agent can often seem a daunting task. Rest assured that James has a proven track record; he knows the community, culture and regulations and is dedicated to providing each and every client with an experienced and effective service.
